Quick couple questions so we can understand what kind of DJI Matrice integration you’re after: what output from the Matrice are you trying to bring into Polycam (photos/video for photogrammetry, a point cloud, or a specific 3D file format)? And when you combine it with an iPhone scan, is the goal a single merged model/point cloud, or mainly to fill in missing areas (like rooftops) on an existing scan? Lastly, where does things break down for you today — can you not import the Matrice data at all, or can you import it but can’t align/merge it with the iPhone scan?
